دواعى إستعمال اسيتاسى قطرة - مضاد للإلتهابات والحساسية التى تصيب العين. - علاج إلتهابات القرنية. - علاج إلتهاب ملتحمة العين. - تخفيف الإلتهابات والحكة الناتجة عن دخول جسم غريب للعين. - علاج إلتهاب قزحية العين. - تخفيف الإلتهابات التى تصيب العين بعد العمليات الجراحية بالعين. - علاج إلتهابات العين الناتجة عن التعرض للمواد الكيميائية، الإشعاعات، الحروق وغيرها قطرة اسيتاسى للحامل - عند تجربة هذه القطرة على الحيوانات ظهرت نتائج غير مرغوبة ولكن لا توجد دراسات كافية حول إمكانية إستخدامها على النساء الحوامل، لذلك من الأفضل ألا يتم إستخدام قطرة اسيتاسى أثناء الحمل إلا فى حالات الضرورة فقط ولفترة قصيرة ويتم ذلك تحت إشراف الطبيب المتخصص ( Category C ). قطرة اسيتاسى والرضاعة - لا توجد دراسات كافية حول إمكانية إستخدام قطرة اسيتاسى أثناء فترة الرضاعة وغير معلوم مدى تأثيرها على الرضيع، لذلك من الأفضل ألا يتم إستخدامها إلا فى حالات الضرورة فقط ويتم ذلك تحت إشراف الطبيب المتخصص.
